I’m launching a brand-new BGMI-focused esports organisation and I want to assemble the core crew that will help us climb from grassroots to pro level together. Right now I’m searching for:
• talented BGMI Players who already compete at an intermediate tier and are hungry to grind scrims and tournaments;
• a strategic yet motivating Coach to refine our strats, review VODs, and run structured practice blocks;
• a Marketing & Social Media specialist ready to craft our brand voice, manage daily posts, create highlight reels, and secure early sponsor interest.
Everything starts small, so expect a close-knit environment where your ideas shape the direction of the team. Consistency, clear communication, and a genuine passion for Battlegrounds Mobile India are non-negotiable. Remote collaboration is fine as long as you can meet practice schedules and content deadlines.
Deliverables will include:
1. Players – regular attendance at scrims, weekly performance reports, and participation in agreed tournaments.
2. Coach – monthly training roadmap, post-match analysis summaries, and individual player feedback.
3. Marketing – weekly content calendar, engagement metrics, and partnership outreach log.
