sage 200 customer record pull though

Within the sales order module in Sage200, when processing a sales order, we want to be able to pull a contact from the customer record to populate the contact name in the order. We want this field to be a dropdown with all the different names of contacts and ideally searchable. As well as pulling through the name, we also want that specific contacts telephone number (or mobile number) as well as email address to populate on the order. This would allow us to then send the confirmation to the contact who has placed the order rather than a generic company email address.
