To support this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Integration Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP integration project, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and design an effective implementation strategy.
- Configure and customize ERP Next to align with our manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement data migration plans, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from existing systems to ERP Next.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their understanding of the ERP system and promoting user adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system glitches that may arise during the integration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure the successful integration of ERP Next across various departments.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize ERP performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
