Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UNANET to work with our internal teams on an as-needed basis to implement and optimize UNANET ERP AE and UNANET CRM systems. This role will involve hands-on training, process consultation, and tool enablement tailored to our operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored training sessions (virtually) on UNANET ERP AE and CRM
Guide our team through configuration, adoption, and best practices
Provide ongoing support and Q&A as needed
Create training documentation or walkthroughs for internal use
Customize training based on roles (Finance, Project Management, Sales, etc.)

Financial Management

Resource Planning
Billing
Timesheet Management
UNANET CRM:
Lead Management
Customer Support
Sales Forecasting
Client Development
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with UNANET ERP AE and UNANET CRM
Strong communication and training delivery skills
Experience training cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, PMs, sales)
Ability to develop tailored training materials and workflows
Previous experience as a UNANET consultant or internal administrator (preferred)
