Traditional Wear ERP & Billing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a purpose-built ERP that fits the rhythms of my Indian traditional-wear retail shop. The system must let me assign a minimum and maximum price to every SKU and then apply any style of discount—percentage, flat amount, tiered or combined—before committing a sale. Prices and discounts have to be fully editable at the product, customer-group and invoice levels so I can run festival promotions or clear old stock without work-arounds.
Two core modules matter most to me:
• Inventory management – real-time stock counts, product variants (size, colour, design), purchase entry and low-stock alerts, all linked directly to the sales register so quantities automatically adjust when a bill is printed.
• Sales & billing – a counter-friendly interface that generates paper invoices on my pre-printed stationery. The printout must capture itemised prices, applied discounts, tax, totals and my shop branding, while archiving a soft copy for records. No digital-only solution; the flow has to end in a clean, legible paper bill.
I am happy with any modern tech stack as long as the UI is simple for staff, data is secure and I can export reports to Excel. Once delivered, I will test against these acceptance points: variable price limits enforced, discount combinations reflected correctly, stock deducted on billing and invoice prints matching the approved template. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
