Tool & Mold Maintenance ERP
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a custom ERP focused on Tool & Mold Maintenance that runs smoothly in any modern browser and scales down elegantly to mobile screens. The core of the build is three tightly-integrated modules—inventory management for spare parts and consumables, a calendar-driven maintenance scheduler that can trigger work orders automatically, and clear reporting & analytics that surface downtime trends, cost per mold, MTTR and other KPIs in real time.
Role-based access is essential: operators log only the basics, technicians see open jobs and parts availability, while supervisors and management get the full analytical view. I will supply the initial role matrix, sample datasets and our current Excel workflows so you can map fields one-to-one before coding begins.
A clean, lightweight web stack is preferred—Laravel, Node, Django or similar backed by a relational database—so long as the UI remains responsive on tablets and phones. RESTful or GraphQL endpoints are a must because we plan to feed machine sensor data later.
Deliverables
• Fully functional web application with responsive mobile views
• Source code in a git repository with install/readme instructions
• Database schema and seed data for quick testing
• Brief user guide that explains each role’s workflow
• Deployed demo on a cloud instance for acceptance testing
Acceptance criteria will be a live demo where we create a mold, schedule preventive maintenance, consume inventory and generate a downtime report without errors. If you have built similar CMMS or ERP modules before, please point me to a working example when you respond.
