Ssystem Analyst for ERP Benchmarking & Migration Project

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support a major organizational initiative involving benchmarking of ERP systems, evaluating functional capabilities, and preparing for system migration. The consultant will work closely with our internal project team to analyze current operations, assess system requirements, and create structured documentation to guide the transition.

This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP knowledge, structured documentation capability, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct benchmarking of multiple ERP platforms based on predefined goals and parameters.
Analyze current processes and identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Document detailed system requirements, workflows, and integrations.
Compare scalability, flexibility, customization, cost, and performance across systems.
Provide structured recommendations for system migration readiness.
Prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs), comparison matrices, and technical notes.
Support the project team during discussions, research, and planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a System Analyst, ERP Consultant, or Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar).
Strong understanding of system migration planning and process documentation.
Ability to benchmark multiple systems across functional and technical parameters.
Excellent analytical, research, and structured documentation skills.
Strong communication and timely delivery are essential.
