Seamless Sync Odoo-WooCommerce

We're working on a Wordpress/Woocommerce project that I'd like to integrate with Odoo to manage product inventory.
The problem is that we've already created the Woocommerce online store with all the products, etc.
1 - Is it possible to integrate Odoo knowing that there are already products in Odoo?
2 - If we integrate Odoo with the products that exist there, won't the products already in Woocommerce be overwritten?
3 - Is this something you can handle?
