Paypal to Odoo automatic payment transaction setup (Australia)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up automatic payment transactions between PayPal and Odoo for my business in Australia (Note the Paypal bank sync not work in Aust)

Payment Transactions:
- I want to automate allocating and reconciling payments through PayPal in Odoo

PayPal Account:
- I already have a fully set up PayPal Business account.

Odoo:
- I am already using Odoo for my business.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with integrating PayPal and Odoo
- Knowledge of automating payment transactions
- Familiarity with Australian payment regulations
- Strong understanding of Odoo and its functionalities
