POS Odoo V13

We use Odoo v13 from the beginning of the year
actually, we face a problem with pos, after opening a new session, the 1st sale will not post in the system (but it will be printed as hardcopy to customers (which means that the invoice it's looking posted in the system), this issue happened since session POS/02329, at the same time we found the previous invoices will be pending till opening a new session, this issue happening only in the production, for staging, everything fine
looking for someone who can solve this bug
