Order , inventory management system and Production

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me build a custom ERP system for my manufacturing company. This ERP needs to be integrated with our existing systems and software for a seamless transition, and will primarily be used to help manage our inventory and production planning.
Approximately 1-10 users will be accessing the system, so it must be efficient and easy to use. To ensure the highest level of satisfaction, the freelancer must stay in constant communication as needed and open to frequent feedback.
The specific modules I need to create are Inventory Management, Production Planning and Order Management.
I currently do not have an existing ERP system, so I would need help selecting and implementing one.
My inventory size is large with over 500 items.
Key features of the system:
1.Order tracking: The system should allow me to track the status of orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered.
2. Inventory management: It should provide real-time updates on inventory levels, including notifications for low stock and reorder points.
3. Reporting: The system should generate sales reports, providing insights into sales trends, top-selling products, and customer behavior.
4. Customer information: It should store and manage customer information, including contact details, purchase history, and preferences.
