Optometry Practice Requires Customized Odoo ERP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an experienced Odoo developer to customize and implement an integrated ERP solution for our optical retail store and eye clinic. The system should include the following modules and features:
• HR Management: employee records, attendance, payroll, and performance evaluation.
• Accounting: full financial management with ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, journal entries, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation.
• Patient Appointments: calendar-based scheduling, appointment tracking, and SMS/email reminders.
• Patient Records: a complete patient CRM with visit history, prescriptions, and notes.
• Eye Examination Module: custom medical form for vision test results (SPH, CYL, Axis, etc.), linked to patient profiles and sales.
• Image Uploading: ability to upload and organize patient examination images (e.g. OCT, fundus, slit lamp).
• Inventory Management: track optical products (glasses, lenses, etc.), with purchase orders, barcode support, and low-stock alerts.
