Odoo setup for a Architecture and Interior Design firm.

We would like to setup Odoo for our small architecture and interior design firm.
We would like to use Odoo community self hosted.
It will be installed on a MiniPC Hp Prodesk 400 G4 with intel i5-8500T, 16gb RAM and 256GB of ssd.
The OS will be set up by us based on your preferences.
In Odoo, we will like to see the project status, and who's currently working on the project, and create giant scheme for every project and every employee based on time allocation of the project to see when we can alocate the employees on another project.
We would like to see the contract number, and contract amount for each project, how much did they pay for it, how much do they still have to pay, how much did we pay the 3rd party people involve in the project and how much is for our company.
Maybe we can have or integrate with a contract generator and use odoo or third party apps to sign it. We would like to go paperless as much as possible.
We use oblio.eu as invoicing software and we would like to know if we can implement the API in the odoo. We need to use oblio.eu as invoicing software.
We also would like to link all the new project in the chat as a new chat (new channels).
We would like to see a status of all our offers we made and if we sign in to automatically send it to the project list.
We would like to have few templates for projects based of the type of the project.
Also we would like to have the TimeOff to see when a employee is out and maybe create a automatic request if possible for the time off.
Something for time tracking each project will be nice to integrate if we can.
We will like to have like a knowledge library if we can.
We would like to use the calendar and maybe sync it with google calendar /apple calendar and see when we can book a meeting based on our colleagues calendar.
We would like to have a client page/portal where the client the see our delivery, status, book a meeting with us, see the invoices, see the contracts there, sign the contracts, sign the additional contracts, see the additional cost of thing.
