Odoo developer - partimer or project based

I am looking for a part timer or project-based Odoo developer (preferably living in Kuwait) who can assist me with customer support and marketing tasks in Odoo. I am flexible with the timeline. I am specifically looking for a beginner-level Odoo developer with functional experience in Appointments, Accounting, HR, and inventory modules. The more experience the better. Work is paid per project or per hour.
