Odoo customization

We are a company dedicated to real estate commercialization. We are installing a new ERP system in our business process based on ODOO. For this we need to make a series of customizations to adapt the service to our needs. Therefore we are looking for professionals to carry out the following tasks:

INVENTORY
- Possibility of importing existing data tables (excel) with homes and sales status.
- Automate the import of data in the future by this means*.
- Historical registration of changes in specific fields (mainly price).
- Variants within products (e.g.: with shower and without shower, finishes a-b-c) and corresponding prices.
- Return of inventory/stock data in JSON upon a URL call.

CRM
- Client-home relationship to know in which potential clients are interested.
- Shared calendar among all agents.
- Personalized reports: they can be visits reports, new leads, sales, etc...
- Customized sales funnel.
- Automated lead creation from different "sources": forms, facebook ads, google ads, URLs...
- Duplicate lead detection.
- Import and categorization of existing leads from other platforms.

EMAIL
- Creation of personalized emails with dynamic fields (text and images): it has to respond to Request requests. The dynamic fields have to be passed by URL parameters (if there are more viable alternatives we are open to explore them).

PROJECT
- Import workflows and tasks from other tools (Wrike in particular).

PLANNING
- Shared calendar between agents to know the hours of visits in each of the housing units.
