Odoo customisation of crm to build a tendering and estimation from it. Projects to be able to create gantt charts from the system itself.

I am seeking an experienced Odoo programmer to customise my CRM system with both tendering/estimation and Gantt chart features. I am uncertain which other software it should be integrated with, but this project timeline should be completed within 1-2 weeks. This system needs to be up to date with current technologies and have a secure foundation. The equipped system should be user friendly and have full scalability according to the future projects. It must have all the necessary features that can be tailored to specific business needs. It should also be able to easily create Gantt charts within the system.
