Odoo Zambian Localization Configuration

For this project, I'm seeking an experienced Odoo professional who has a strong understanding of the latest version, as that is what I am currently utilizing. You'll be helping me to install, setup and configure the Zambia localization module for Odoo.
Ideal Skills:
- Familiarity with the latest Odoo version
- Experience setting up and configuring localization modules, particularly for Zambia
- A good knowledge of Zambian regulations and practices
Key Functionalities:
- Must ensure that the system follows specific accounting rules compliant to Zambian standards
- The system must be able to convert currencies to the Zambian Kwacha accurately
- Must be capable of computing taxes as per Zambian laws
- Must have integration with ZRA Smart Invoice
