Odoo 14-16 Upgrade & Custom Fix

I'm currently seeking a skilled developer or team to assist in upgrading our Odoo ERP system from version 14 to 16. Our system uses the Enterprise Edition and Odoo has already done the upgrade, but we are testing for bugs and any other issues that may arise. We have made minor customizations to our existing setup and also integrated a few third-party applications to enhance our operations. The areas covered by our Odoo system include Sales and CRM, Inventory and Logistics, Accounting and Finance, and Purchasing.
**Key Requirements:**
- **Odoo Upgrade:** Expertise in smoothly transitioning from Odoo version 14 to 16, ensuring all data is accurately migrated and fully functional post-upgrade.
- **Customization Re-Implementation:** Capability to re-implement minor customizations previously made in Odoo 14 into the updated version without loss of functionality or data integrity.
- **Third-Party Integration:** Experience in maintaining and potentially reconfiguring integrations with the few third-party applications we use, ensuring they are compatible and functional with Odoo 16.
- **Testing & Debugging:** Conduct comprehensive testing across all modules post-upgrade to identify and fix any issues arising from the upgrade, customizations, or integrations.
