Phase 1:

Odoo Model: Use web portal - My account
Program a module that allows:

Select a project (construction) from among those that have tasks assigned.

Once the project is selected, if the geolocation matches within a 500-meter radius of the construction site's geolocation.

The Check In button will be enabled. If it is not within 500 meters of the site, the button will not be active.

Once the check-in is activated, check-out can also be done within the 500-meter radius.

At the time of Check out, the time sheet is generated.

I suggest creating fields for:

Project:
Latitude and longitude (Location of the construction site)

Time sheet:
Start time, End time (to calculate the time for the time sheet).
Latitude and Longitude (Location of the worker)

Notes:
The report will not require filling in a description or specifying time. It will only record entry and exit at the site.
There are existing modules that manage geolocation radii related to attendance but with a geolocation radius. (60€)

Phase 2

Management of absences from the portal:
Determine if the absence should be managed differently or assume it if no entry is recorded. (60€)

Phase 3

Import bs3 file to import products into the sales budget and the chapters will be the sections. (80€)
