Odoo Tasks -- 3
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As an active Odoo user, I require a proficient Odoo developer skilled in several modules.
- Portal users can only visit National Skills Competition module for view only, and have their own filter settings, but they can't make any changes and can't see any other modules at all, what they can do is just view NSC module, use the search, filter, or print(if available) features, also, please instruct us how to create this specific users.
- Co-ordinator in project/Task can also edit the project/task/so/sales/quotation / purchase order and all custom modules we created
- Additional five Project list reports, just use the existing one and change the fields, add one combine report and one button or dropdown list then generate that.
- Task, one click to update or add, create buttons in the task, then each button can copy the certain fields data from project to the certain fields in task? For example, click button one can copy project name and dates fields to task project name and dates, click button two can copy ETA and ETD from project to task ETA and ETD, click button three will copy project ETA 2 and ETD 2 to task ETA and ETD fields, etc... And it won't affect the original data in project, only for the individual task.
- Batch update in task/project, A question about batch update for task, for example, list view in task, and select all the tasks I want, say 90 tasks, then update certain field data, like tracking status
- When the project is created, auto copy the project’s name to Exhibition. Please see the screenshot. Same thing in task, once select the customer, it will update the title.
- Once new task is created (saved), it will update the external MySql tables (there are different tables), send the Customer name, Tacking number, Status, etc… data(value) to there creating or updating the mysql database. Also once the task is updated, like Status, it will update the database in the related record. This is for our tracking system. Users do not need to update tracking system separately. They only need to update everything in Odoo system. Similar case in National Skill Competition module, do exactly the same thing for the tracking number, customer, location, timestamp, etc... Table job_category is equal the module Job Category in National Skills Competition Table ‘locations’ data is equal the contacts (label: NSK) Table ‘packages’ is the main details for the tracking details. Table package_history is the related table between packages and package statuses, to let the system to understand the updated status is for the related certain packages. Table package_statuses is equal to the status drop down list in the National Skills Competition module.
