Odoo Payroll Localization

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me localize Odoo Payroll for the Jamaican payroll system.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of Odoo Payroll and its localization capabilities
- Familiarity with Jamaican payroll regulations and requirements
- Experience in customizing and configuring Odoo Payroll to meet specific localization needs
Project Scope:
- Set up and configure Odoo Payroll for the Jamaican payroll system
- Ensure compliance with Jamaican payroll regulations and requirements
- Customize the payroll system to accommodate bi-weekly and monthly payroll frequencies
- Integrate the existing payroll data from MS Excel into Odoo Payroll
Deliverables:
- Fully localized Odoo Payroll system for the Jamaican and one other country's payroll system using existing Excel workbook as a guide.
- User documentation and training for the customized payroll system
