Odoo Outlook Sync & HR Upgrades

My company’s Odoo instance needs four clear enhancements and a short round of team training.

1. Email Synchronization
• Configure seamless, two-way sync between Odoo mail and Microsoft Outlook so messages, folders, and read/unread status stay identical on both sides in real time.

2. Vacation Tracking
• Activate and fine-tune the leave module so managers can approve or refuse requests through a multi-step workflow.
• Display accurate vacation balances that update automatically when leave is approved.
• Trigger instant email or in-app notifications to employees and approvers at each stage.

3. Mobile Attendance with GPS
• Enable check-in and check-out from the Odoo mobile app, restricted to the user’s GPS position. A punch is accepted only when the device is within the allowed radius that we will define together.

4. Dashboard Training
• Deliver a concise, live walkthrough (≈1 hour, recorded) showing my HR and admin team how to monitor email logs, leave dashboards, and attendance reports, plus how to tweak basic settings.

All work happens on our staging server first; once signed off, you’ll deploy to production and supply a brief setup document so we can maintain the integrations ourselves.
