Odoo Online Setup for Salary & Promo

I'm looking for an Odoo expert to help me set up the system for automating salaries and creating fixed price rules for product promotions.

Salary Automation:
- Implement hourly wage tracking
- Organize and manage 3 by 3 shifts
- Utilize the planning module for flexible scheduling
- Set up various types of bonuses:
* Revenue-based bonuses
* Position sold bonuses
* Manual bonuses
- Create the system to accommodate shift changes and schedule alterations

Promo Setup:
- Set up fixed price rules for 1, 3, 5, and 10 items of one product based on its starting price
- Implement individually, not for product tags

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Odoo
- Understanding of salary automation systems
- Proficient in product promotion setups
