Odoo Module Development

I am looking for a developer to create an Odoo module for Employee Scheduling.
Specific Functionality:
- The module should include features for managing employee schedules, shift assignments, and time off requests.
- It should also have the ability to track employee availability and generate reports on employee schedules.
-It should have the ability for employee self service (e.g. picking up shifts, entering availability, entering time off, swapping shifts)
Requirements:
- I have specific requirements for the module and would like the developer to follow them. See attachment.
- I will provide detailed specifications and guidelines for the module development.
Timeline:
- There is no specific deadline for the project.
