Odoo V16 Manufacturing route

I am looking for assistance with improving an existing routing system in Odoo V16. The main problem we are facing with the current system is its inefficiency. Normally, manufacturing route works as make manufacturing and sends the products to Stock, but it's not the real route. I'd like to change this route produce and send it to Packing Zone. We use 3 steps delivery and 2 steps manufacturing route.
