Integration of Odoo into the Marketplace
Marketplace - a platform provided by a partner that offers individually configurable, fully digitized, integrated and automated cloud services. Attached is also the documentation of the API interface of the marketplace ArrowSphere API Project goal: We have chosen Odoo as our ERP and CRM solution and would like to realize a
seamless integration between the marketplace and Odoo.
The workflow should look like this:
1. Customer registration & license purchase: A customer visits our website and accesses the
marketplace via a link. There they register, receive access data and can then purchase software
licenses. After the purchase is completed, the licenses can be used immediately.
2. First interface - marketplace & Odoo: Synchronization: After successful registration and
purchase, all relevant customer data and orders should be automatically transferred to Odoo.
Invoicing: Immediately after the data transfer, an invoice should be created in Odoo - because
without an invoice there is no business. Evaluations: The transfer of all purchase data enables us
to carry out comprehensive analyses in Odoo.
3. Price list & article numbers: The option should be created to import price lists into Odoo - either
manually or ideally automatically via an interface to the marketplace. It is important to be able to
define your own article numbers, which requires Odoo to be adapted accordingly.
4. Invoice design: The layout of the invoice in Odoo must be adapted to reflect all legal
requirements and information.
5. Other interfaces: Virtual telephone system (VoIP) (What is VoIP and what are the advantages
of a cloud telephone exchange?): Integration of an existing Odoo interface to integrate our cloud
based telephone system into the CRM. The aim is to link communication processes efficiently.
