Odoo Implementation with Significant Customizations

I am seeking an expert in Odoo for a comprehensive implementation across Sales, Inventory, and Accounting modules. For a retail sales with a installation module. Will want intergration to quickbooks online to send ACH payment links to customer and use quickbooks as the merchant account.
Will need to accept proposal data (can be csv input) from portal.io (proposal software).
Key Requirements:
