We are currently using Odoo Enterprise v16 to manage our business operations (modules: CRM, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Our main goal is to significantly reduce the cost of our Odoo Enterprise setup without losing access to the essential features and modules we are currently using.
We are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant or agency who can help us find a more cost-effective alternative, with a smooth transition and no critical functionality loss.
Expected Deliverables:
A quick functional audit of our current usage (modules, dependencies, customizations if any)
A detailed proposal for a cost-reducing solution, such as:
Migrating to Odoo Community + open-source or custom-developed modules
Self-hosted Odoo Enterprise solution (if legally and technically feasible)
Any other cost-efficient alternative maintaining our functional needs
A migration plan (if applicable)
Assurance of data and functionality continuity
Cost saving projection over short and medium term
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Odoo v16 (Enterprise and Community)
Deep knowledge of core modules: CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.
Understanding of Odoo Enterprise licensing model
Experience in Odoo migration and deployment optimization
Ability to advise and guide business users through the transition

We can host the solution on-premises (dedicated VM) or in the cloud (e.g. Hetzner, AWS).
Technical environment available: Linux, PostgreSQL, root access.
Clear documentation and some knowledge transfer will be required to ensure smooth internal takeover.
