Odoo ERP System Implementation

Description:ViSolutionz (VISPL) is seeking an experienced Odoo freelancer to set up and implement a full-fledged Odoo ERP system for our business operations. The freelancer should have expertise in Odoo implementation, customization, integration, and training to ensure seamless adoption across departments.
Scope of Work:
1. Odoo Setup & Configuration
Install and configure the latest Odoo Community or Enterprise Edition on a secure cloud server.
Configure user roles, access rights, and multi-company setup (if needed).
Implement email integration with Odoo (e.g., SMTP settings, notification setup).
2. Module Implementation
We require the following Odoo modules to be implemented and customized as per our business needs:
CRM: Lead management, pipeline tracking, automated follow-ups.
Sales & Invoicing: Quotation management, contract handling, invoicing, payment tracking.
Purchase: Vendor management, purchase order automation, approvals.
Inventory & Logistics: Warehouse management, stock tracking, automated replenishment.
HR & Payroll: Employee records, attendance, payroll, leave management.
Project Management: Task assignments, progress tracking, reporting.
Accounting: Multi-currency support, tax configurations (India and international compliance), financial reporting.
Website & E-Commerce (Optional): Setup a basic B2B website with product/service catalogs.
LMS Integration: If feasible, integrate our existing Learning Management System with Odoo.
Lead Capture from Website: Implement lead capture functionality to collect and manage leads from our website and integrate them into the CRM.
3. Customization & Automation
Custom workflows and automation for sales, invoicing, and HR processes.
Custom reports and dashboards tailored for different departments.
API integration with third-party applications (if required).
4. Data Migration & Import
Migrate existing customer, vendor, employee, product, and transaction data from Excel/CSV to Odoo.
Ensure data integrity and minimal downtime during migration.
5. Testing & User Training
Conduct thorough testing to ensure all modules function as expected.
Provide step-by-step user training (virtual or recorded videos) for employees.
Create basic user manuals for reference.
6. Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Offer post-implementation support (bug fixes, troubleshooting) for at least 3 months.
Provide guidance on Odoo upgrades and security best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Odoo implementation (Community & Enterprise).
Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo customization.
Experience integrating Odoo with third-party applications.
Ability to provide remote training and support.
Excellent communication skills.
