I'm looking for an experienced Odoo expert to help set up and customize Odoo for my beverage distribution business. This is a hands-on role that will require close collaboration via Microsoft Teams (or a similar screen-sharing app). You will guide me through the system setup and teach me how to use Odoo effectively.
Scope of Work:
Provide guided training and support over approximately 25 hours, scheduled in sessions that suit both our time zones.
Assist in setting up and configuring the following Odoo modules:
Inventory
Sales
Website
Payroll
Possibly others, depending on evolving needs
Configure products to handle complex units such as:
Single bottles
Packs
Kegs
Deposits/Returns
Help identify and implement any necessary customizations to fit the specific needs of a beverage distribution business.
Ensure the system is user-friendly and matches real operational processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience setting up and customizing Odoo for SMEs
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Reliable, punctual, and communicative
Able to commit to collaborative, live work sessions
Your bid must be your final price for the entire 25-hour engagement
