Odoo ERP Consultant & Implementation Specialist
Budget: €50 – €150 EUR
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant & Implementation Specialist to set up and configure our Odoo instance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP to support small business operations and will ensure a seamless transition from spreadsheets and direct email workflows to a fully integrated ERP system.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and configure our Odoo instance.
2. Configure Odoo modules to support:
• CRM: Manage leads and opportunities, including email communication via our company domain.
• Sales: Ability to generate and manage quotations and invoices.
• Inventory Assets: Track and manage company assets.
• Expenses: Configure expense tracking for employees.
• Service Catalog: List company services, define cost prices, and selling prices.
• Finance: Ensure proper setup of invoicing, payments, and basic accounting features.
3. Align Odoo with the needs of our sales, finance, and operations teams, ensuring all workflows are ready for daily use.
4. Use the Odoo PM to record and track all required activities for this project. (In addition to FL platform)
4. Provide basic user training and documentation for key team members.
5. Test all configurations to ensure a smooth lead-to-sale and operational flow.
