Odoo Development and implementation Help

Ours is a one year old company. I would like to implement CRM, Sales, Project management, accounts, Manufacturing, Purchase, inventory and help desk modules of Odoo. I have a trial account now and have been playing around with it. I would like to get a new quotation template designed and rename it as Contract. I would like to play around with it with your help and make changes and eventually buy it by the end of the month. Then I can do further major developments and implementation.
