Odoo Customization - Travel Agency Accounting & Invoicing

Hello,
I am setting up Odoo Community 16. for a new Travel Agency. I need some customization for the accounting process of the company.
I need an accounting setup so that I can generate, invoices, quotations, sales order, payment receipts and record expenses and purchases.
I should be able to check monthly profit / loss report and payables / receivables.
1- Invoices: I want to setup 3 different templates/reports
---a) Invoice template for flight ticket purchases with custom fields :
PNR Number, Airline Code, Airline Name, Flight Number, Origin, Destination, Type: (One way-Multi City-Round Trip), Date & Time of Departure, Date & Time of Arrival, Our Reference etc. We purchase ticket manually for clients, so we want to generate an invoice with complete ticket details, as we cannot show. them the original booking / ticket.
---b) Invoice template for Visa Applications: Application number, Date Applied, Applied By, Applicant Name, Applicant Nationality, Applicant Passport Number.
---c) General Invoice for any other services we do so we can create accordingly. I want to register buying price and our markup in the system, so at the end of the day we know how much profit we had for each ticket or application.
2- Expenses: Record all office expenses, petty cash, utility bills, rents, salaries etc.
3- Purchases: Purchase Orders, we get credit for visas e.g. $1000/- from our supplier and we have to pay. back within X number of days, so I want to track the purchases and payments to supplier in some way.
4- Payment Receipts: Generate Payment Receipts with Mode of Payment Option and some additional fields like type of service
5- I want to see overview of accounts with all above information from reports or dashboard.
Most of these features are already present in Odoo, you just need to customize it.
