Odoo Customization & Job Management & Automation Integration
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 NZD
I need a comprehensive system that encompasses an Employee Management Module, Job Management Module, Timesheet Module, Estimating & Quote Module, and Customized Reporting. The primary goal of these modules is to enhance job tracking and management.
Key Requirements:
- Employee Management Module: Management employee profile, qualifications.
- Job Management Module: Streamline job tracking and improve oversight. Sync job & job cost from Greentree via API
- Timesheet Module: we need an App for employees to create their timesheets, and a timesheet module in the system for Admin and managers to approve and process. We have our own activity codes (for different pay rates) database and mapping which needs to be built at the background and automatically populate code to timesheets based on employee role and location.
- Estimating & Quote Module: Efficiently generate estimates and quotes for jobs. convert current spreadsheet based template to web-based.
- Customized Reporting: Generate reports such as timesheet reports and job cost vs job budget reports.
This system needs to be capable of Data Synchronization with Greentree. We seek an experienced Odoo developer (or developers) to either customize existing Odoo modules or develop from scratch to suit our specific business needs. The ideal freelancer for this project should be export of Odoo and have experience with job management systems and knowledge of Greentree integration. Skills in creating automated systems to enhance productivity will be highly beneficial.
Please provide estimates for both approaches: customization of Odoo and full development from scratch. Indicate your estimated hours, potential overtimes, and total cost. The budget is set at 10K-20K NZD with some flexibility depending on the proposed solution.
