Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor the Odoo system to our unique business needs.
- Set up payment processing workflows for internal use and external contractors.
- Establish document management processes and define access levels.
- Configure system interactions across different legal entities.
- Integrate necessary plugins and extensions.
- Train our internal staff on the customized system.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficiency and extensive experience with the Odoo system.
- Excellent training skills.
- Bilingual in English and Russian.
Our primary focus is to enhance our operational efficiency while ensuring we meet all legal requirements. The primary users of this system will be our internal staff. Proposals from freelancers with a strong background in Odoo customization, compliance assurance, and staff training will be highly considered.
