Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to assist in the customization, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP for its hypermarket operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal team to streamline business processes, focusing on modules such as Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Odoo Module Customization: Customize various Odoo modules to meet the specific operational needs of a hypermarket, including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
System Configuration: Configure and optimize the Odoo platform for business processes, ensuring seamless integration across departments (e.g., inventory management, order processing, and financial tracking).
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Implement and customize the Odoo Inventory and Warehouse modules to ensure efficient stock control, movement, and Goods Transfer Notes management.
Manufacturing Module Development: Configure and implement the Manufacturing module to streamline hypermarket processes such as work orders, subcontracting, quality control, and shop floor management.
Accounting Integration: Assist in integrating the Odoo Accounting module with the hypermarket’s existing financial system for real-time reporting, invoicing, and tax management.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to staff on Odoo functionality and develop comprehensive user documentation for long-term use.
System Testing & Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing of the customized Odoo modules to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility with business requirements.
Post-Implementation Support: Offer two months of support for troubleshooting and fine-tuning after the system has been launched, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.

Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and customizing Odoo ERP for retail or hypermarket businesses.
Strong understanding of business processes related to inventory management, accounting, CRM, sales, and supply chain in a hypermarket setting.
Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework.
Familiarity with integrating Odoo with external applications (POS systems, payment gateways, etc.).
Ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments and stakeholders.
Experience in providing end-user training and developing system documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with hypermarket or retail businesses.
