Odoo Computation for Tracking System and three modules and reports

- [ ] 1. Add three modules “ (Cargo Release Notice), (Re-importation Declaration) & (Arrival Notice)”, add fields and PDF report (I will be sending the PDF examples and the fields name and type later), add the modules in Project and Freight Management under Shipping Documents just like “Booking Information”. Add search features, group by…. And Tab in Project/Task, fields, related based on customer and project , just exactly like what we are doing for Booking Information. Put three of them into the Shipping Documents menu in Freight Management and in Documents in Project. Create a translations file, then we can just put the Chinese name in the file. Permission rules like SO, project/task, etc…, Add history/log file upload and send message features like Project and Task.
- [ ] 2. Put Shipping Order and all new three modules into "Shipping Documents" in Freight Management, create a submenu "Documents" in Project and put Shipping Order, Booking Information and new three modules into it.
- [ ] 3. Once new task is created (saved), it will update the external MySql tables (there are different tables), send the Customer name, Tacking number, Status, etc… data(value) to there creating or updating the mysql database. Also once the task is updated, like Status, it will update the database in the related record. This is for our tracking system. Users do not need to update tracking system separately. They only need to update everything in Odoo system. Similar case in National Skill Competition module, do exactly the same thing for the tracking number, customer, location, timestamp, etc...
