Odoo Community Installation and Customization

I'm in need of an experienced Odoo developer to assist with the installation and customization of the Odoo Community edition. This project involves the following:

- **Installation:** I require the successful installation of the Odoo Community edition on our server.

- **Customization of Modules:** Specifically, I need customizations to the Sales, CRM and Accounting modules.

- **Theme Customization:** The Odoo interface should be customized to suit our branding and preferences.

- **Custom Workflows:** I will also require the setup of custom workflows within the system.

- **Sales Module Customization:** In particular, I need a few custom reports to be generated from the sales module.

- **Accounting Module Customization:** Additionally, I will need the accounting module to support multi-currency transactions.

The ideal candidate for this project should:
- Have extensive experience in Odoo installation and customization
- Be proficient in developing custom modules for Odoo
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and custom report generation
- Be able to work with themes to create a user-friendly interface
