Odoo Accounting Report DEV and Training

we are looking for a report developer
- currently we have a simple project for the awarded DEV to be able to either create a report or show us how to filter based on specific criteria
The first project requires us to be able to do "Book to Bank Reconciliation"
we already have Bank to Book which is standard reconciliation... but we want to be able to at the end of each month see what HAS NOT yet been reconciled at that point in time. We are using Odoo Enterprise v15
we do not want a new reseller... we are only looking for an Odoo DEV to work directly with our team for Accounting Reports and Training
