Odoo API expert version 16

I need an Odoo expert on the usage of the Odoo API on version 16 that will help do queries to use on Power BI. If you have experience on Power BI, it's a plus. The project is for a long term so it will be an hourly project. We will work remotely using Anydesk. Need an NDA also.
