OTA & ERP Integrated Travel Platform Consultant

Job Title: OTA Integration & ERP Consultant for Travel Platform (Long-Term Collaboration)
About Us:
Brave New Mongolia is a fast-growing travel-tech company building Mongolia’s most comprehensive travel information platform. Our app and website include detailed destination insights, cultural content, and verified listings of hotels, tourist camps, and restaurants across the country.

We are now expanding into business solutions with a Reservation ERP system tailored for Mongolian accommodations. Our long-term vision is to modernize the backend of the travel industry while maintaining cultural integrity.

What We’re Building:
A Reservation ERP system that will integrate directly into our existing app and website. It will include:

Room/property inventory management

Reservation calendar and admin tools

Availability, pricing, and booking management

OTA connectivity (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)

This ERP system is a critical part of our ecosystem and will help hundreds of ger camps and hotels manage their operations and reach global audiences.

Note: After this project, we plan to develop a Tour Operator ERP system as a separate project.

Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced consultant or developer-architect to guide the technical roadmap and integration strategy. You will:

Advise on the overall ERP system structure and logic

Assist with OTA XML/API integrations (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia)

Help define standards and technical best practices

Coordinate with our team (1 senior dev, 2 additional developers, UI/UX designer)

Assign or oversee development tasks where needed

This is a collaborative role. Our team will execute most of the development; your job is to speed us up, ensure OTA compliance, and reduce mistakes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hotel/property management systems (PMS) or booking engines

Proven success with OTA API integrations and standards

Familiarity with availability and rate sync mechanisms

Strong communication skills and ability to write technical documentation

Experience delivering ERP systems or OTA middleware is a big plus
