ODOO - ACCOUNTING - HOW TO RECONCILE BANK STATEMENT - PAYMENT - PAYROLL JOURNAL

Hello,

I am using Odoo v15 as my ERP.

I am using its Accounting app and I want to know HOW TO RECONCILE THESE 3 THINGS TOGETHER:
BANK STATEMENT - PAYMENT - PAYROLL JOURNAL

I am not using the payroll app so I register the payrolls directly in a journal called "Nóminas". ( check picture 1).
Then I register the payment. ( check picture 2 )
and then I register the bank statement in the Banco Sabadell journal. ( check picture 3)

What I need to know is how to concile thse three things together. ( check picture 4 )

I know how to reconcile direclty the bank statement with the payroll journal but I want to do it with the payment as well.

If need you to teach me how to do it. No do it yourself, I can grant 30eur for that knowledge.
