Need ERP developer for customization

We want someone who is full time ERP developer for customization of our project near Mumbai (Thane preferred). If needed he can work on client location too. (Location - Thane). Only one who has real and genuine knowledge of ERP must bid for this project.
We have tight deadline. We want who can work handle complete ERP customization of a particular module.
ERPNext or dolibarr customization expert.
