Mumbai ERPNext Implementation On-Site
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m rolling out ERPNext at our Mumbai premises and want an experienced Frappe/ERPNext freelancer who can work on-site to take the system from a clean install to a fully working solution. The immediate focus is on configuring and tailoring the Accounting and Inventory Management modules so they reflect our current business processes.
You’ll sit with the finance and warehouse teams, map their workflows, set up the required masters, tweak forms, permissions and print formats, and make sure all postings reconcile correctly. I’m still evaluating whether legacy data needs to be migrated, so I’ll rely on your advice there and may add a small migration sprint once we confirm scope.
Key deliverables:
• End-to-end configuration of Accounting & Inventory modules in our live ERPNext instance
• On-site user walkthroughs and hand-over documentation
• Clear recommendation (and effort estimate) on data migration feasibility
The work must be carried out in Mumbai during regular office hours; remote sessions are fine for follow-ups, but the core setup needs a physical presence. If you’ve implemented ERPNext on the Frappe framework before and can commit to short, focused milestones, I’d like to get started this week.
