Migration of 2 modules to Odoo v14

I would like to see to modules migrated to Odoo v14.
Modules are for Belgium:

We need the following modules updated to V14
V13 to V14: account_bank_statement_import_coda
V12 to V14: l10n_be_vat_reports
Migrated and fully tested on compatibility with accounting modules from OCA
I answer only to proposals that have gone throught the description and add a correct price on their offer. price changes after we start talking will result in automatic dissmissal. Please look at the modules and give us your final pricing from the start.
