Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong JOMAR ERP professional responsible for development, customization, integration, and system-level support. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on backend logic, database structures, and ERP enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and maintain JOMAR ERP applications and modules.
* Work on backend programming, scripting, and system enhancements within JOMAR.
* Design and manage database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
* Build and maintain integrations between JOMAR and third-party systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).
* Troubleshoot technical issues, debug errors, and optimize system performance.
* Support ERP upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
* Create and maintain technical documentation (code, workflows, integrations).
* Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Manage data imports/exports, automation scripts, and batch processing.
* Ensure system security, data integrity, and performance tuning.

Required Technical Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with JOMAR ERP (technical/development side).
* Experience with database technologies (SQL, DB2, or relevant JOMAR backend).
* Knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) environment (if applicable).
* Experience with RPG / RPGLE / CL programming (highly preferred).
* Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
* Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization.
* Understanding of ERP architecture and data flows.
* Version control and deployment practices.
