Implementing erp odoo for my small company

Want to implement odoo with below modules for driving school in uae
- accounting
- invoicing
- employee
- Drivers Rent ( customization) which include drivers names assigned vehicles details and rent on monthly basis.
Please make sure rent is reflected on accounting
And drivers reflected on employee
- website design
- i want the basic odoo and 5 users max on third party server .
