Implement ExpNext Non-profit Module on the Digital Ocean Cloud Platform

Project definition:
Build a community platform that can be used to manage group core activities. An example is Tribe.com, mightynetworks.com, and hivebrite.com.
Requirements:
1. The platform should be able to scale from 10,000 to 1 billion users.
2. The platform should utilize microservices: cloud based, Kubernetes, Jenkins deployed via git repository/docker hub on the digital ocean platform.
3. The platform should utilize external database (mySQL or postgresql).
4. The platform should be backed up externally and at the hosting cloud service provider. It should be scripted so it can the script can be replayed at the hosting service.
5. The platform should have an API capability.
The following applications/services will be utilized:
Core backend - The core of the application will run on expNext with (1) Accounting and (2) Non-profit module.
