Implement ERPNext for Trading

I run a trading company that is ready to move its core processes onto ERPNext. We need a clean deployment that supports 11-50 concurrent users and brings together the following modules out of the box: sales & purchase management, financial accounting, HR, operations and CRM.

Your job starts with advising on hosting, then proceeds to installing and configuring ERPNext so the above functions work seamlessly with our workflows and approval hierarchies. You will map existing forms, set the proper chart of accounts, define user roles with the right permissions, and make sure the dashboards give management the insights we need.

Deliverables (all source code and credentials handed over at each step):
• A production-ready ERPNext instance with the specified modules activated and tested
• Data migration scripts/imports for customers, suppliers, items and opening balances
• Role-based access for 11-50 users, including HR and CRM teams
• Basic training sessions (recorded) plus concise user manuals
• Two weeks of post-go-live support to iron out any issues
