We are looking for an experienced IQMS / DELMIAWorks ERP consultant to help us fully leverage the ERP system we already have but are underutilizing. With recent structural changes and a lean internal team, we urgently need support to unlock the full value of our modules, especially around Forecasting, Inventory Accuracy, Work Order Automation, and Purchasing Exception Management.

? Key Areas of Support Needed:
• Assess and clean up existing Sales Orders, forecasts, scheduling, and planning data
• Implement automated Forecast-to-Work Order generation
• Activate and configure Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
• Improve inventory accuracy, including reconciliation and real-time tracking
• Set up and optimize Purchasing Material Exception Reports
• Streamline assembly and sub-assembly tracking
• Export, filter, and clean legacy ERP data
• Develop and recommend best practices for ongoing ERP use
• Create a post-assessment implementation support plan with clear ownership and accountability

✅ Qualifications:
• Proven hands-on experience with IQMS / DELMIAWorks
• Deep understanding of manufacturing ERP modules, especially around planning, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory
• Able to work with minimal internal resources and guide teams to self-sufficiency
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Bonus if you can mirror the structure of DELMIAWorks’ VEA (we’re 6–8 weeks out with no guarantee from them)

• Certified DELMIAWorks professionals are highly preferred
• On-site availability for initial evaluation (optional but ideal)
• U.S.-based or familiar with U.S. manufacturing practices preferred
